Thought I would compile some of my casual, easy to wear outfits perfect for any Spring day. These are meant to be looks that you can easily put together by using some closet staples & Spring essentials. Also, does anyone else have a ‘default’ outfit for days you don’t feel like dressing up but still want to look put together? Check mine out below!
Style 1: Easy Basics
Ever heard the term, suns out guns out? There was one week last month where the temperature just soared. Here I paired a simple white tank w/ my favorite high-waisted shorts from Cotton On. To spice up the look, I wore a black bralette w/ very lacy details. The tank and the bralette are from one of my favorite local boutiques, Viddora. I completed the outfit with these perfectly strappy sandals with a little stacked block heel. I found the sandals on Poshmark and got them for such a deal!
Style 2: Silky Shorts
Floral print & Springtime go together like macaroni & cheese. I found these shorts on Asos and was very excited to wear them out. I love printed bottoms, especially when they are shorts! They are actually made of a light silky material and have this cute side-tie detail that makes them look very flattering when worn. Since the shorts were a statement of their own, I paired with a simple black crop top & my favorite floral-detailed necklace from Just Fab.
Style 3: Romping through the Flowers
I am late to the party, but I just started wearing rompers. At first, I could never find ones that looked good on me and most of them were too short on my tall(ish) frame. However, one day of randomly browsing the aisles at TJ Maxx, I stumbled upon this number. The shorts were a bit longer than normal which was perfect because that meant I didn’t have to worry about them riding up. Also check out that print & color!
Style 4: Dressed to Decompress
Dresses are the perfect lazy day outfit in my opinion because they are always comfortable & easy to put on. You literally just put one thing on over your head! I found this stunning chambray dress at TJ Maxx as well (same day I found the romper actually). The off-the-shoulder feature makes the dress look stylish yet effortless. Paired with a belt & sandals, I was ready to go and let the brilliant blue color speak for itself.
There you have it, some easy and breezy looks that could be put together with the help of some basics. Remember, the goal here was to make effortless looks without much effort. Hope you enjoyed!
Til next time,
